Hidden Figures (2016)

Went in with high expectations as the genre was right up my alley (sort of). Performances were generally good but this is pretty much a by-the-numbers drama that could've been watched on the small screen, IMHO.

Hacksaw Ridge (2016)

Not a fan of war movies but decided to give this a shot due to strong word-of-mouth. Turns out to be pretty good. In fact, I liked it muchly.

The Lego Batman Movie (2017)

Was all right. Enjoyed more than THE LEGO MOVIE.

The Founder (2016)

Generally ok but I wasn't overtly impressed. Michael Keaton's performance is one of the anchors of this piece.
