Watched for first time in Singapore and second time overall. Still has its charms.

The Kids Are All Right (2010)

Not too bad. Not a fan of labels, but don't think this one is just a lesbian flick, or about an alternate family, but is really about life regardless of who you are.

Kingsman: The Secret Service (2015)

Not bad. Love the bad guy and the good guys equally.

American Sniper (2014)

Was okay. Didn't really felt all that engaged. Tried to view it without all the news I heard.

The Imitation Game (2014)

Nice!

The Theory of Everything (2014)

Teared loads. Probably one of the best performances I've seen on film. Eddie Redmaye is incredible and so too is Felicity Jones. Lovely score too.

Birdman (2014)

Not sure I like.

I liked Emma Stone and Edward Norton's performances. Thought the sound design and score worked well. There was a scene that gave me the feeling that a man can fly. Love the giant bird robot monster attack.

But I didn't really dig the main character or his story that much.
