Black Bag (2025)

Very talkie thriller. With a lot less dramatics than most mainstream commercial thrillers. Acting is tops, but the plotting does take some effort to follow. I basically liked it.

Death of a Unicorn (2025)

Interesting. Second half tends to drag on a weeny bit.

Sinners (2025)

Not bad. Pretty rich technically and narratively. But how accurate was that utterance of Taishanese?

Predator: Badlands (2025)

Narrative wise, it's pretty straight forward. Not too bad. But I didn't really like this film on a personal level. I liked Prey better.

No Other Choice (2025)

Some parts I was lost. Some parts I perked up. Visually and audio wise, it's rich. Didn't really care enough about the characters. Overall, I didn't really like.

Gaza: Doctors Under Attack (2025)

Essential viewing, IMHO.

Badak (2025)

Didn't enjoy this as much as La Luna. I started finding faults while watching as I didn't find the characters and the story engaging enough for me.
