Avatar: The Way of Water (2022)

My very first movie on Screen X. Only during certain parts of the movie will the left and right screens come on. They also seem slightly less sharp compared to the center screen.

Wasn't sure which seats to choose before the movie, but the next time I go to one, I'll try the 2nd or 3rd last row from the back in the center. So that I can see more of the sides when it comes on.

As a film, TWOW is a visual feast. Now am curious to watch it in IMAX 3D.

And surprisingly, I didn't feel the 192 minutes was draggy.

Deleted《越界》(2022)

Some decent action sequences. But very poor story and character development. I recalled seeing a character get knocked down by a car. And then I see her up and ok later in the film? Was that the same character? Why is this even called Deleted? Ge Ping and Vincent have great bods for their age. But this is also one of those shows in which people are shouting all the time to show they are angry. And wailing loudly to show they are sad. Vincent Ng gets to show off some decent fight scenes near the end. But it's also one of those shows in which a bad guy would drop his gun and challenge (one of) the heroes to fight one on one. And you have dialogue that goes, "I will kill him. (pause) I will kill him."

Bullet Train (2022)

Entertaining! And the actors were all great to watch!

Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio (2022)

Love the animation. Love the storytelling. I was tired and shut-eyed a few times, but I really liked this.
