Very powerful human drama. At first, it looked like some artsy fartsy film that's not to my taste. Then everything starts to fall into place. Kate Winslet gives a commanding performance. 
A bit too many 'endings'. Did not care enough for the characters on the whole. And the ones whom I liked got off the film early. Still, an okay film, though not essential viewing.
I really like this. Granted, I was unsure at the beginning by the shaky camera work style employed, and the seemingly mundane and ordinary. Yet, I got drawn in by some very powerful performances as the film progressed.
Cute, but ultimately an underwhelming film. Essentially for the kids, though I'm not sure if it shouldn't come with the advisory, "Kids, don't try the stuff you see in the movie at home."
