PASKAL: The Movie (2018)

Narrative does come across as kind of clunky, with the beginning feeling rushed and shallow even if I'll give it kudos for at least trying to have some setup. The scale of the production for something from Malaysia is, IMHO, pretty good for an action thriller. Recommended to watch on a big screen. I thought the actors playing the hero and villain were great to watch and invested in their performances, even if the villain's part is kind of the usual simplistic.
